This workshop will provide attendees with an understanding of Physical Literacy focusing on ten key questions of understanding. It will help participants to recognize the importance of physical literacy and how this can be developed into lifelong participation in sport and physical activity. It will also give parents/older adults practical ideas on activities to improve physical literacy and what compliments existing physical activity routines. Finally the course will give nutritional advice and a practical demo of how to use outdoor parks gym equipment as the summer months approach. Tea and coffee will be provided for this 1.5-2 hour course.
