The workshop is 2-2.5 hour basic Sports First Aid Course covering all common injuries and illness that occur in sports such as Cardiac Arrest, Head Injuries, Concussion, Strains, Sprains and other sports related injuries. Recommendations for stocking and purchase of first aid kits will also be part of this workshop.
