👟 Guide Running Workshop – Join Us! 👟

Want to learn how to support vision-impaired runners? Join our Guide Running Workshop with Vision Sports Ireland, Athletics Ireland, and Fingal County Council!

Learn how to safely and confidently guide runners who are blind or vision impaired and share your passion for running with a whole new group of people.

The workshop is held in two parts: an online theory awareness session, followed by an in-person practical session.

📍 River Valley Park, Swords

💻 Online: Thursday, 27th November | 7–9 PM

🏃‍♀️ In Person: Saturday, 29th November | 11 AM–1 PM

This interactive workshop will give you the skills and confidence to become a guide runner and make running more inclusive for everyone.
